Mazuin Zin and Sailesh Wadhwa of Lowe Malaysia, have both been selected for the Jury at this year’s DMA Asia Echo Awards, to be held in Mumbai later this year.
The Direct Marketing Association International Echo Competition has been recognising campaigns that have the power to change business – the International Echo Awards honor the world’s best marketing campaigns—campaigns that have raised the bar in terms of strategy, creativity and results.
Represented in Asia through DMAi, the inaugural issue of DMA Asia Echo Awards give marketing cases from 17 Asian countries the chance to be applauded for their marketing excellence, original thinking, and impactful direct & digital response strategies, and it also results in a direct fast track entry into the semi-finals of the Echo International global competition.
“It is not only an honour, but a big learning opportunity for us, as Echo Awards symbolizes excellence in result marketing efforts, an immersive experience that’ll help us fortify our Resultant position in the market”, commented Mazuin Zin, MD for Lowe Malaysia.
“As the lines between what is Direct, Digital, Experiential, Immersive and hence “Effective” become blurred, the Echo competition brings Specialist Marketing Initiatives to the centre-stage”, said Sailesh Wadhwa, Strategic Planning Director for Lowe Malaysia.
“We are looking forward to seeing how brands are reinventing good old response/direct marketing tenets for the digital age”, he added.
The judging commences mid June 2015 and the Event Gala is scheduled for 6th August 2015 in Mumbai, India. The entries compete under 15 Effectiveness Industry categories and the newly launched Creative Effectiveness category.
